I have always found the practice to be attentive and friendly. The appointment procedure is easy to understand and generally one can get an appointment quickly when required.

Doctor very clear in explaining what test etc were to be carried out. Informative. Always a bit of a challenge to get an appointment - hovering over the phone at 8.30. Receptionist helpful but rather annoying not to be able to get a blood test done same day. Means having to take more time off work. When booking an appointment at 8.30 then have to ring work and organize time off - enable to preplan. General comment is that I've never seen the same doctor twice in the last 10 years. So no relationship between GP and patient, just another face. I miss not just having one doctor, always feel like you have to explain everything each visit.
